  • 1 1/2 cups mashed banana (about 3 bananas)
  • 1/3  cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 chopped walnuts


  • Preheat the oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Mash the bananas well with a fork (you'll need about 1.5 cups mashed bananas).
  • Beat well until you see the ingredients of this mixture stick together.
  • Add milk to this mixture and continue beating until combined.
  • The final step is to add chopped oatmeal and walnuts and mix well.
  • Now pour the combined oat mixture into a 8×11 inch casserole dish and place it in the preheated oven. Bake this dish for 45 minutes or until you see the top and around the edges are golden brown.
  • Eat while the dish is still warm or put it in the refrigerator to enjoy the new cold taste!
