  • Juice of 1 lime (optional, for added tanginess)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)

Instructions

  • Start by adding the frozen pineapple chunks to a blender.
  • Peel and slice the bananas, then add them to the blender.
  • Pour in the coconut milk (or your preferred choice of milk) into the blender.
  • If using honey or maple syrup for added sweetness, drizzle it into the blender.
  • Optionally, squeeze the juice of a lime into the blender for a tangy twist.
  • If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender occasionally to ensure everything is well incorporated.
  • Once the mixture is smooth, taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness according to your preference by adding more honey, lime juice, or any other desired sweetener.
  • Once satisfied with the taste and consistency, pour the pineapple smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
