- 4 large oranges (peeled and segmented)
- 2 ripe bananas (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (you can use dairy or non-dairy milk)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Begin by peeling and segmenting the oranges. Remove any seeds if necessary.
Peel and slice the ripe bananas.
In a blender, combine the peeled oranges, sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes to the blender as well.
Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more milk to reach your desired thickness.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
Once blended to perfection, pour the Orange Smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Optionally, you can garnish each serving with a slice of orange or a sprig of mint for a decorative touch.
