Ingredients

  • 4 large oranges (peeled and segmented)
  • 2 ripe bananas (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (you can use dairy or non-dairy milk)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions

  • Begin by peeling and segmenting the oranges. Remove any seeds if necessary.
  • Peel and slice the ripe bananas.
  • In a blender, combine the peeled oranges, sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
  • If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes to the blender as well.
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more milk to reach your desired thickness.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  • Once blended to perfection, pour the Orange Smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
  • Optionally, you can garnish each serving with a slice of orange or a sprig of mint for a decorative touch.
