Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

Preparation (5 minutes):

  • Wash and hull the berries.
  • Peel and slice the banana.
  • Measure out the rolled oats, chia seeds, and other ingredients.

Blend (3 minutes):

  • In a blender, combine the oat milk, mixed berries, banana, rolled oats, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
  • If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
