- 2 boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Once cooked, set the chicken aside to rest.
Cook the Broccoli:
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil.

Slice the cooked chicken into strips.
